Channelside Professional Cleaning Services


Welcome to Channelside Professional Cleaning Services. By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Services Provided

Channelside Professional Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Tampa Bay area. Services are performed by trained, uniformed team members using our cleaning equipment and products unless otherwise requested.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.


2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

  • The condition of the property differs from what was described
  • Additional services are requested
  • Excessive buildup, clutter, or hazardous conditions are present

Customers will be notified of pricing changes before additional work is completed.


3. Scheduling & Access

Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If we are unable to access the property, a lock-out fee may apply.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.


5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept; cash, check, credit card, Zelle.
Returned checks will incur a processing fee.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at management’s discretion.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during the estimate
  • Secure pets during cleaning appointments
  • Remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items
  • Inform us of any surfaces requiring special care

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.


8. Breakage & Damage Policy

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, accidental breakage may occur. Customers must report any concerns within 24 hours of service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Items not properly secured
  • Artwork or décor improperly mounted
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Use of customer-supplied cleaning products

9. Use of Customer-Supplied Products

We are happy to use cleaning products provided by customers upon request. However, Channelside Professional Cleaning Services is not responsible for any damage, reactions, or performance issues resulting from customer-provided products.


10. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose health or safety risks, including but not limited to:

  • Mold infestations
  • Biohazard situations
  • Pest infestations
  • Hoarding conditions
  • Aggressive or unsecured pets

Additional fees may apply if excessive debris or hazardous conditions are present.


11. Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts apply to qualifying services only and may not be combined with other offers. Offers may expire or be modified at any time without notice.


12. Limitation of Liability

Channelside Professional Cleaning Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.


13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
